Once the your OneSuite Business phone number is enabled with SMS, you can send or receive SMS from your OneSuite Business app anytime, anywhere.
If no SMS feature is enabled, the messaging feature is still available as internal team collaboration tool between extension users under the same OneSuite Business account.
